In its newly released request for information (RFI BD-22-1039-EHS01-EHS01-64368), Massachusetts Medicaid (MassHealth) outlined plans to change reimbursement for community behavioral health centers (CBHCs). The state asked provider organizations about their service volume and costs, and requested their comment on its plans to implement a bundled rate for most outpatient behavioral health and urgent care evaluation services, and implement separate rates for peer support services and for community/mobile crisis services.
